"Honua Kai resort is lovely. Multiple pools for all ages. Duke's restaurant very good. Our accomodations were adequate, not luxurious. Staff is accomodating. Property manager has the reputation of being "strict" according to valet service, so don't try to check in before 11!"

"Great unit and location. As others stated the unit is dated but it was very clean and has everything you need as well as extras like beach equipment, chairs, a cooler and lots of kitchen essentials. Walking distance to ABC, a grocery store and food trucks. The view was outstanding and the pools and grounds were beautiful. Would definitely book this unit again. "

"I would not go to any other resort on this strip. I loved that the area was quiet yet shopping and other restaurants were just a walk away. The staff was very professional, friendly, helpful (going above) to make sure we had anything we requested. The food was amazing, especially Japengo. Just a fabulous experience!!! 🌴🌊🌴"

"To be very in depth, the resort was great, the staff were always great and upbeat They do like to itemize every single little thing, which is a common thing with resorts these days, but kind of wish someone would just throw those “fees” up front. Feel like it’s a little silly you could use lawn chairs freely around the resort but 20ft away at the beach area you can’t touch the 200 they have stacked without payment. Maui brewing company was subpar service but had little to do with the resort...

"My friends and I loved our stay at the Aston Villas in Maui! All staff were very helpful and so kind with anything we needed! We had a huge shared balcony on the second floor of the lobby building which we turned out to love! One of our favorite parts was having Castaway Cafe only a few steps away to enjoy some breakfast, mid-day appetizers/lunch, and some delicious lava flows! They have an activities booth right near the pool and Cafe to get anything you need for a fun day on the beach, which we utilized a lot! One thing I will mention if you’re considering the Aston Villas is housekeeping comes to your room based on a certain schedule, for our room it was every three days. Just a heads up if you decide to come here- had we known we would’ve been more aware of the sand we accidentally dragged in, making our beds, etc.! But all about this hotel was exceptional- we do plan on staying here our next trip around to Maui! Mahalo Maui Kaanapali Villas!!"
