"The customer service was excellent. I asked if they know where I can get hot water and they gave me kettle. Also the place is very clean and near every shopping center. The parking is bit expensive, about $50 a night but understandable since we stayed in the city. "

"This property was wonderful! The desk was manned 24 hours so I could go out whenever and not have to worry about the front desk being unmanned. The property is just a block and a half away from many bus stops, streetcar stops, and the BART station. Very close to chinatown as well. I was worried about not having a car to get to and from the hotel but it was completely unneeded. A great view from the top floor. The only thing i will say is that I booked a room on the street for the view, but it was NOT quiet. The TV had youtube so I turned on some white noise to block out the street sounds, but it was still clear for the most part. The second night was fine but the first night there was a busker on the corner until 3 am. Overall, beautiful room, beautiful street, beautiful service and beautiful city! Definitely going to stay there again. "

"Wonderful service by each and every employee encounter. Room was very comfortable and of course the Heavenly bed was delightful! I brought my pup and was pleasantly surprised the property does not charge a pet fee yet they still went above and beyond making my dog feel welcomed by providing him with a nice Westin dog bed to use, place mat, food and water bowls and even a bag of treats! Would definitely stay here again! "

"There was poop on the sidewalk outside the property. There were only 2 people at the front desk checking in guests. The man that checked us in was so helpful and friendly I didn’t get his name but he was helpful in getting us a room more of our liking as we had initially requested a room above the 35th floor and the one that was reserved for us was the 26th floor which would have been miserable. He checked the system and was able to put us on the 37th floor!!! We stay here often"

"I enjoyed my stay. My only complaints are the low-flow toilets and water pressure in the bathroom. The area around the hotel is also not the best but I had no problem."
