"The hotel was located in a busy area, so I expected crowds. However, I didn’t expect parking spaces and driving through the parking structure to be so tight. Also, I requested a quiet room away from the elevators. The room we got was right in front of the elevators with pinging late at night. The bed is usually comfy with Holiday Inn but this one had big dips in the bed and the pullout bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. Not the bed stay. "What do you expect? It’s a Motel 6. But for what it is, the inside is very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and immaculate. For what I expected, it definitely delivers. I was only a little apprehensive of the homeless around the area, but it seems like that happens around here… so I won’t dock much for that. I wouldn’t wanna park a car outside though… just a bit unnerving."

"This place was absolutely a great stay. The room was in great shape. Less than a 5 minute walk to Petco Park and right in the middle of Downtown next to Gaslamp. Perfect for a great night which it definitely was. Our host Rita was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. If we had any questions, Rita was one call away and could answer any with thoughtful precision. Thank you again Rita. Definitely going to stay here again when I come out to San Diego."
