They have tried to upgrade since last time we stayed but if you stay on the street side it's very very loud traffic. Needs New double pane windows and soundproofing. If you stay on the parking lot side it's much much quieter. It's close to little Italy so lots of restaurants options. The main light in the room was flickering and the shower was hard to turn on and super hot even when set to cold with barely any water pressure.
