"I had stayed here in August 2023 and didn't feel the need to write a review. But after this trip, I had to. My friend and I decided to try a different resort and you can read my horrible review of Grand Sirenis. After 1 night there, I cancelled the reservations and we moved to TRS Yucatan. Thankfully it was only 1km away and our vacation could actually begin! Everything is top notch here. From the moment you pull up to the lobby doors to the minute you get on your shuttle to leave for the airport, there are people all around working hard to ensure amazing service, attention to detail, ensure an experience that will make you feel like a celebrity, and keep the entire place beautiful and running smoothly. Keep in mind, I had booked through Hotels.com with a VIP/Gold status so I don't know if that was a helpful factor. Previously I had booked through the property website which offers deep discounts and free shared airport shuttle service. Otherwise, you have to arrange your own transport. "We stayed 5 days celebrating our anniversary. This place was amazing. The staff was incredible. It wasn't too crowded, the accommodations and grounds were top notch. There was an extensive variety of food options/ restaurants. There was so much built in entertainment. The ocean was beautiful and the staff did their best to sweep up the seaweed. We give the resort a 10 of 10 and will certainly return!"
