"Staff and property was very clean and felt safe. The staff were helpful and provided great customer service. The only issue we found, at different times of the day there were a few unhoused individuals standing near the entrance of the hotel. At different times of the day we saw them urinating out front of the hotel, in the street ir surroundings. "

"Super clean and renovated hotel. It was hardly a 2-3mins walk from attractions. Parking was nearby too. All the attractions were few mins walk from the hotel with great restaurants nearby. We loved the stay here."

"Our family stayed here while visiting Quebec City. There was a remodeling in the lobby area, but hotel sent us an email prior to our arrival, so it wasn't a surprise. We didn't hear any remodeling noise, so it didn't bother us. Since their system was down at the time of our arrival, they asked us to wait for a couple of hours before they could give us a room. To compensate this inconvenience they gave us free parking and breakfast. Breakfast was very high quality and delicious! Mattress was comfortable (the most important thing for me personally). Room was very clean. Every staff member was very attentive and professional! Thank you Marriott!"
