"My new great place to stay in Rochester; the MOST bang for my buck. I don’t need fancy; I need a good clean room, good bathroom, good bed, decent breakfast, safe, good parking & access, and affordable. I go to the Mayo regularly and will probably have to for the rest of my life. I’m on a serious budget and this is THE ONE. It’s friendly, WELL managed (my fridge was dodgy and the manager showed up with a new one - just.like.that.), very nice breakfast, decent coffee, nice pool, good (for me)...

"I am a 5'1" elderly lady. I had real hard time getting into bed because they are soooo far off the floor. I have bad knees and couldn't kneel to get up on bed. They need to consider that or at least have a stool for someone with this type handicap. Also the tub felt very slippery like it had shower gel on it after someone had showered. Not good for elderly for sure. "

I thought this location was a great stay and incredibly hospitable for a place in a small town like Lamberton! 5 stars and I'd stay here again anytime! "Parking was convenient. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite that was very spacious and clean. Plenty of storage if one was to stay for an extended time. Both Mayo and Civic Center were accessible via the sky way. I'll definitely being tell others about Broadway Plaza."
