"This property was very nicely kept and accurately described on the website. The space could easily accommodate the number of people that it says can sleep there. The large deck area and lots of seating allowed for enjoyment of the view of the river. Trains do pass by frequently throughout the day. Overall, enjoyed the space and owner was accommodating with checkin and out."

"Wanted to visit a corner of MN that we hadn't explored in a long while. Chose Pipestone as our starting point and Toni's Place was the perfect spot to call home for a couple of days. Had everything we needed and more. Comfortable bed and bedding, nice dishes in kitchen and wonderful large bath and shower. A very well thought out remodel and interior design of this quaint neighborhood home. Thinking of another trip to the area in the spring and I would stay here again."

"You could not ask for more! Although we only had 8 people (it sleeps 16), you can tell the owners want to be sure that it not only sleeps 16 but has enough of everything for 16 - dishes, seating, towels, etc. They even had two coffee makers that were kept busy with the 8 of us! There are two casual living areas - both very comfortable. A great, large deck off the back and another on the front for viewing Lake Pepin. We found absolutely everything in the kitchen we needed! Every room was clean...

"We were in town for appointments at Mayo Clinic, this apartment is close to Mayo, set up as a beautiful, relaxing place to be in between appointments. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. It was easy to find and very we’ll maintained, I would choose to stay here in the future."

"Parking was convenient. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite that was very spacious and clean. Plenty of storage if one was to stay for an extended time. Both Mayo and Civic Center were accessible via the sky way. I'll definitely being tell others about Broadway Plaza."
