"One of the best hotels in Santiago!"
I was sceptical of the high reviews given to this hotel as its not one of the massive 5 stars in Santiago, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The hotel is modern and has a great style. The rooms are of a good size, full of natural light, clean and tastefully decorated. The shower is a good size and the bed and covers are blissfully comfortable! The hotel is located next to a beautiful park and the National Museum of Fine Arts. It is in a central location; to the north and across the river is the Bella Vista area which is great for night life and to the west is the Plaza des Armas. I have another work trip planned in April and I hope there is availability here as there is no other hotel I would want to stay!

The hotel exudes warmth and style, the staff are absolutely fantastic and helpful in helping you out, and the area where the hotel is located is within walking distance to many aspects of Santiago including great restaurants and the excellent subway system.

"Great hotel, great location"
The hotel is very beautiful with an understated elegance. It is located in a lively neighborhood, with multiple restaurants and sights within walking distance. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating, both before our stay in email correspondence and during our stay. Both breakfast, in the hotel, and dinner, at the restaurant across the courtyard, were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

"Hotel with walking to restaurants"
The staff greeted us at the curb and made sure the taxi didn't overcharge us. They were always helpful with directions or suggestions. There are several great restaurants within walking distance in this safe neighborhood. One place is on the top 10 in Santiago. It has a great wine list. They had a van for us in the morning and made sure we left in time for our flight to Argentina. They let us in to our room early because of our flights and made sure we had extra towels for the morning. Comfortable rooms and great rates.
