"Central location, easy to get around."
We only stayed one night. The hotel is in a central location and easy to get around since there are lots of different transportation options. However my only complaint is that the room shower didn´t work properly, so the only way to take a shower was using the bathtub. Since we didn´t spend much time at the hotel and were only staying for a night we just let it pass this time.

"Excellent Location!"
Loved our stay here. The staff was beyond great and the location of this lovely little boutique hotel was fantastic for getting out and exploring. There are wonderful restaurants nearby and sights to see. The staff assisted us in booking a car and driver to see more of the city and we truly enjoyed our stay here. If we ever travel to Santiago Chile again we will be sure to book into this hotel again.

"Convenient location"
Being right across the road from the airport it made it very easy to catch my 3am flight after my 3 day stay.Even though the booking stated check in was 4pm I had no problems checking in at 11.30 am after a long flight to Santiago. The staff were friendly and helpfull. My room was spacious with 2 double beds. The beds were some of the most comfortable of any hotel ive stayed in with nice linen and pillows. Very comfortable. Though close to the airport the sound of jets taking off was minimal. More noisy were travellers standing out in the area between rooms having loud conversations with no regards to people trying to sleep which wasnt the hotels fault. I only ate in the restaurant one night and the food was reasonably priced for what you got. Overall nice hotel

The location of the hotel is awesome. Across from the park, off the main street, it is a quiet very pleasant location, well located to other interesting places to go. Hotel staff are multi-lingual and extremely helpful.

"Delightful little boutique hotel close to dining"
We loved this little boutique hotel with a garden and pool in the back. The only problem was finding it- if you are driving make sure to get detailed directions! The location is very central though, and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants as well as most tourist destinations.

Good location, super helpful staff, and a solid breakfast with lots of options. A little noisy by a busy street but that's to be expected. Reasonably priced, too!

"Fabulous understated luxury home away from home."
This wonderful hotel is posh but not ostentatious. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They made me feel at home and so welcomed. Everything is spotless and the food & beverages were all top notch. Now that I've been spoiled by the Ritz Carlton, I can't imagine settling for anything less.
