My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and after 5 years or so we find it unchanged in the positive sense. Very accommodating staff, and all the services very accessible. We stayed on the 18th floor which has access to the upstairs lounge. All very nice.
On our return to Santiago we booked 3 nights at the Atton Las Condes. Although we had reserved a king room, we were told that the hotel was overbooked so we were given a double queen, which was not a problem for us. The beds come with a bottom sheet and a duvet. I asked for a top sheet because the duvet was too warm for me at night and the kindly obliged. The beds were comfortable, the sheets smooth. The only negative remark I could make would be that I would prefer larger, more sumptuous towels, but that's just me. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, the breakfast included with the room was wonderful, with an abundance of fruits and meats. We availed ourselves of their laundry service and were amazed at the wonderful job they did.

My wife and I decided to spend 5 days in the Santiago area after a 20-day cruise from Buenos Aires to Valparaiso via Antartica. We pre-booked at the Regal Pacific in Santiago through Expedia.
We expected good-to-excellent service based on reviews but ... we ended up an amazing stay mainly due to the outstanding professionnalism of all hotel staff. Their constant enthusiasm and willingness to assist in all aspects of our "tourist" expectations greatly contributed to an excellent stay in one of the most beautiful city in South America.
We stay in a Club room in an adjacent building Very personalized service. A complementary Club Lounge where you can have a very nice continental breakfast. afternoon coffee and free cocktails in the evening
F a st check in with a nice staff. Room spacious although little dated style and bed could be firmer.
But this are minor details on an overall good experience.
Breakfast was included and was good.
Great location, gym was decent.
Las Condes is a posh sector of the greater Santiago area, where high-rising urban architecture stands against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains. At the center of Las Condes is Apoguindo Avenue, dubbed Sanhattan for its similarity to the bustling streets of Manhattan. Visitors can spend hours strolling past office buildings, through boutique shops, local restaurants, and a university campus.
