"My friend and I stayed for one night here. The building and room was easy to find, but beware of parking. We parked on the street and within 2 minutes we had a parking warning for street cleaning (the street sign said cleaning was on Monday, we were here on Tuesday). So keep that in mind! Everything was extremely clean and the room exceeded expectations. Bed was super comfy, but it was hard to sleep because you can hear evvvvveeeerrrrything happening in the unit above. "We really enjoyed staying in this quaint and updated Penthouse which was actually very quiet. It was especially nice to leave our car in the parking lot most of our visit since we could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a 2 1/2 hour bike tour in town our first day there. I would definitely recommend this gem to family and friends!"

Not only was it as advertised it was even better - great and comfy bed, walking distance to everything on State Street, easy parking, fluffy towels and bath amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, eye masks and makeup remover.
