"The guest house in Kirkland was amazing. The home is beautifully decorated with more than enough space for 2 adults with all the amenities needed. They even include a bottle of wine, snacks and coffee, a nice added touch. Jeff and Michelle are gracious hosts. We absolutely loved our stay at the guest house and would definitely return!"
"My husband usually finds something to complain about but this time he couldn’t find a thing. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, private balcony, perfect location. Definitely a place we will come back to."

"This place is in a wonderful location and so close to downtown Kirkland. If you are a walker or runner it is so close to the Cross Kirkland Corridor trail. This place was very very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Clean up was easy and not demanding like other places. Helen, the hostess was excellent in returning any answers to questions quickly. Would definitely be back!"

"Clean, well stocked, updated place. Perfect for one or two. A bit noisy in the evenings(it’s above a bar) but super quiet at night. It’s a walk up but easy to get in and out. Parking was negotiating the two hour street limit and the city garage a few blocks away. Free. Not really an issue. Lots of great eats around. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We enjoyed this property for the second time. It is so convenient to downtown Kirkland. Walkability plus. There is a covered car port so it is perfect. Minimal traffic noise. Extremely nice neighborhood."
"we went for a sporting event, 20 min drive to closest light rail station, easy to get to and plenty of parking (uber is also an option). 20 min train ride to get to the stadium. jamshid was very responsive in providing any details we inquired about. his place is clean and comfortable, set in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. thanks again!"
"I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel is a bit dated and basic, but for the cost point, I have no complaints. It’s nice they had a little bistro to order food/ drinks in the lobby area.
Parking is easy, they have options for covered and uncovered. Staff was nice. "

"The hotel and property is absolutely lovely. My only minor complaint is I am traveling with a small dog and all of the plantings around the hotel are beautiful, but there is no real grass. Dogs often prefer. It would be nice to have some grassy areas for the pups. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent. "
