"I had a great stay at the Palo Alto Inn and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling solo or with a group. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, toiletries provided in case you forgot your own, comfy bed, relatively quiet for being along El Camino! I enjoyed my stay and would book again! "

Felt safe in room and garage. Only thing for me wifi didnt work at all. Also the room phone didnt work and when i called main line from my cell they never picked up. Other than that enjoyed stay and would book again."

"Less than 4 miles from SFO. Clean and easy free parking. Old fashioned, but nice and reasonable. Room was not ready at check in time, so had to wait an hour before could check in. Staff was apologetic for delay and told us we could not use the shower until someone came to repair the door. After waiting an hour and being told the delay was because it was Sunday, I fixed the simple repair of the being off the track door myself. Appreciated given late check out. Would definitely stay again."
