"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...

"Great property with that old New York charm. Too close to the Broadway for me as it got really loud through the night and I found it hard to sleep. There were tiny details around cleanliness but all round a good hotel depending on preference. "

"The staff were all extremely helpful, accommodating and pleasant. The room was small, but perfect for my daughter and I. The hotel is clean and I would recommend to anyone staying in NYC. Thanks for a great stay!"
