"Great location in Ballard and easy walk to Ballard downtown. Great restaurants, bars & grocery store right around the corner. Clean studio with cute little backyard to enjoy some sun. Basic kitchen equipment but didn’t use it much with all the wonderful food choices around. Studio came with all the necessities you’ll need. We loved that we had a guaranteed parking space in the driveway, which is a hard perk to find. The owner Mario was very responsive & helpful."
