"The staff including front desk/check-in, bell hop, breakfast hostess, etc were all very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to/from Termini Station. We were able to walk to almost any point of interest in Rome. The room was clean, a good size, and quite comfortable. The breakfast offered wonderful options and a fantastic variety of coffee. We would most definitely stay here again."

"I wished this hotel had provisions for elderly and disabled travelers. We were checked into a room far from the elevator. There were no bellboy services. It was a long walk while dragging two large luggages. THE GARDEN RESTAURANT WAS THE BIGGEST PLUS. The food and service was excellent!"

"Clean, convenient location to the airport and many dining options nearby. The pool was so relaxing after an exhausting day of travel, and they have a pool bar! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. All of the front desk staff were professional and friendly. The shuttle was $16 for two people which was $10 cheaper than our taxi to the hotel, definitely recommend."

"Rome is a dirty city"

"Arriving the hotel is beautiful and nice open space. Dining options were ok. In rooms, I loved the layout. The bathroom is split in 2. Unfortunately there are no outlets in either, and slim in the room. I had no way to get ready. The hairdryer mounted only works a few minutes and shuts off. I used the other and it did the same. Our other room booked had no working AC and our family finally called us at 10:30pm to tell us the room was 80+ degrees. They called 3x and desk kept saying it was fine....

"An employee was smoking near our room and it was not pleasant to walk out of our room to the smoky hallway.(door propped open)"

"Modern hotel. Clean. Helpful friendly staff. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel itself. But, it is across from the train station and bus station. This makes it convenient for some but if you are there for sight seeing, you are not near the historic areas and traffic is horrible. We spent a lot of time and money moving through the city. For what it cost in cab fares or Uber you might want to put that money in a historic hotel near the sights. "

"We visited Rome as part of the 6 Nations and chose to stay as it was close to the station. The hotel was great, beds very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would happily stay here again when next in Rome."
