Staff was very helpful and had great recommendations for meals. Buffet breakfast had something for everyone. Boutique hotel so you can expect the rooms to be a little small feeling. Beds are quite firm, pillows could be loftier.

wE STAYED AT TE SUITE, IN THE CORNER, AND DESPITE TE LOCATION IT WAS SURPRISINGLY QUIET AT NIGHT. NOISE INSULATION WORKS ELL. THE JACUZZI AND SLIPPERS WERE A PLUS. BREAKFAST WAS OK, LOTS OF SELECTION FOR NORTHAMERICAN PEOPLE (EGSS IN DIFFERENT FORMS, SAUSAGES, HAM, BACON TOAST PANCAKES) AND ALSO FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND LOCAL PASTRIES ALONG THE TYICAL COFFEE AND FRESH JUICE. STAFF VERY NICE AND HELPFU;L. THEY HAVE ABAR DWONSTAIRS FAIRLY PRICED (1.50 FOR COFFEE, 1 EURO FOR CROISSANT, YOU CANT FIND CHEAPER ANYWHERE). NICE VIEW FROM THE ROOFTOP. SUPER CLEAN ROOM.

We arrived around 2100, after a day of flying we were hungry and tired. Small room but four people had their own bed, mattresses were very firm but I slept well. Short walk from the main train terminal and lots of food nearby. Great views of the capital from the rooftop lounge. I would stay again.

An average hotel. Room was basic but clean. The staff assisted when asked. The a/c was weak which resulted in a number of uncomfortable nights. Decent location close to main terminal but the outside in the evening is very undesirable. I personally would rather pay extra for a better hotel.

The staff was very helpful, especially with getting cabs for us. The rooms are small like we expected. Unfortunately there was a group of young men across the street that gathered around 1 AM and stayed there until 4 AM every night and were arguing and shouting at each other. We never saw police try to disperse them or any hotel staff get them to move on or quiet down. Luckily my family was able to sleep through it but I could not. I was tempted to yell at them from my window but I did not want to start an altercation. I never said anything to the hotel staff but I should have. They must have heard them too.

Location is the reason for the 3 stars. Property itself was nice but did not feel very safe walking around the area directly near the property during the day and especially at night. Tiny elevator was also very claustrophobic and an issue if you have luggages as only one person can fit in it and having young children makes this difficult to be placed on the 5th floor needing the elevator with suitcases. Staff very nice

Clean room, nice staff. We needed to be near the termini station and it’s very close, but a little far from city attractions. The amenities were just okay, there was a shampoo but not conditioner. Pretty simple. Breakfast was just okay, nothing fancy. It’s a good stay overall for our purposes.

Staff was exceptional and the facilities were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very good too. However, our room had some inconveniences. First and foremost, we couldn't use the overhead shower because if we did, it flooded the entire bathroom due to the spray going everywhere (instead of just straight down) and the design of the shower stall doors which didn't fully seal off the shower stall. Additionally, we found it somewhat inconvenient there were no towel racks or hangars of any kind. Overall, was a good stay though and we appreciated the staff's professionalism and helpfulness.
