"Have stayed previously. Nice location and amenities. Nice rooms. This visit housekeeping was lacking. Entered our room to find it hadn't been changed over yet. New room we were moved to had previous guest's pants and underwear under vanity. Was pushed quite far under and was likely missed, but these details are important. Let front desk know on checkout. Otherwise really like this hotel and location. Front end friendly."

"Very nice place to stay that’s affordable (somewhat) near Vancouver. Convenience stores and bus stops are walking distance but the transit time to the city would be around a hour or so. There were also just some ants in the suite occasionally which would be my only downside but otherwise really nice and clean basement suite. "

"Small rooms, no furniture just a bed. No tv and a shared kitchen that didnt have running water. We were one of two rooms that were the only ones being used and when our ride was late showing up we were locked out,in the cold and could not use the common areas which are generally left open. We were repeatedly asked to pay extra or pay a depisit for a variety of things and when the deposit was returned we were tood that theres a $5 service fee that was deducted. "sent the house rules 2 days before; the house rules were completely different than what was mentioned to us when we were paying to rent the place. The rules didn’t work for us so we weren’t able to cancel and then kicked us out. Was getting work done on the property while we had the property until 12. n the email no people that aren’t on the reservation can stay after 9pm. Owner lives downstairs and kept calling, texting and coming upstairs when even a single noise was made. Insisted no more...
