"The property is comfortable, serves a great breakfast and is just a short walk from Russell Square tube station. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. This property is highly underrated. "

"The staff was amazingly helpful! Front desk personnel is happy to accommodate any need you may have, from ordering car service to helpful suggestions on attractions and best way to get there. Property is clean, updated, and close to all main attractions, easily walkable. For those travelers like us who rented a car It’s great that they have a parking garage right on the property. Although rooms are small, they are completely functional and have everything you would need. I want to give a special recognition to the bartender(Albin) and our server (Riya). We started our trip by staying 1 night. We had drinks and dinner in the restaurant. No special requests about dinner that night or our order. (We were in and out in an hour.) We then left the property for 7 days. On our return (we stayed another 4 nights ) we walked back into the restaurant and both Riya and Albin remembered us, our drinks, as well as what we had ordered 7 nights ago! Amazing that this hotel has the kind of service that I usually only receive in a much more exclusive property. I would definitely recommend this charming hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again! "
