"This was a great hotel! Nice rooms, though the pillows were too fat for me. Didn't think to ask for other pillows. Don't be afraid to ask for help, they are fast and friendly (came to show us how to control the air conditioner and fix our TV). Breakfast was very good. Nice rooftop bar. Sorry to miss the pool as it was not open when we stayed. Not sure if paying for a more expensive room was worth it as our friend's room looked pretty similar for less money. Though our view was amazing and their's wasn't. Hotel is on a street with lots of cafes and stores. The Metro is right outside the door. (Use it to go right to Sagrada Familia. Which you better have bought tickets to in advance!) The staff at the hotel were so very nice. I can't say enough nice things about them!"

"Our stay was short but very nice. We took the local train from Barcelona to terminal 2. We watched the video on their website on how to find the shuttle and it was exceptionally accurate. We arrived via the shuttle at 8:30pm and immediately went to dinner in their casual restaurant. The food was very good and service was wonderful. I stopped by the front desk and asked for an iron and an ironing board and they promptly sent it right up. When we checked in they asked us if we needed a shuttle to the airport and then scheduled it for us at 7am. We came down the next morning at 6:55am and the shuttle pulled up at 6:58. The whole experience was wonderful."

"Beautiful hotel, the signature tobacco smell creates a sumptuous atmosphere. The staff is fantastic, they were helpful for me with wifi, managing multiple reservations, brunch and the spa. Rooftop deck is a hot spot in the city. The spa pool is awesome. "
