"Best Hotel I ever stayed in my life. Friendly staff, Waterslide is supercool (for it’s size and environment) mattresses are amazing and the view…the view is just something else. Planning to return again next year"

"The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was not as great. The TV required using two remotes and pushing buttons that made no logical sense. Each time you turned on the set, you had to go through a procedure. Who knew you had to use the second remote (not Shaw) and push a star button, then go to the Shaw remote and choose HDMI 3 as the input etc. We tried to phone the front desk, but the phone didn't work. Fortunately the staff somehow detected I was trying to contact the desk and...

"Clean, quiet and convenient off the highway. Lots of eating options within walking distance. Train tracks are behind hotel so there may be some noise. "

"Well priced, great view, room had all amenities like microwave/fridge...heater & AC that worked really well but kept quiet most of the time. Really solid. Would've preferred it was staffed at night, but honestly keeping the price down is more important. Also liked your 'cleaning on demand only' thing. I think most people don't even want their rooms touched while they stay there."

"Ideally located as daughter lives in Canmore, clean and well equipped. Good outdoors space. Very comfortable bed. Owner sent messages to check if required any extra items a couple of times, didn’t need even though there for 2 weeks as well supplied. Did had a small issue, probably not worth mentioning, with way fridge (new)door opened, mentioned to owner who stated reason but was going to check. "

"Plates cups and glasses were available as well as some silverware. Tea and coffee provided for the first few days. Dishwashing liquid and shampoo and soap etc was all there and good quality. The gym was adequate with cardio equipment, weights and a pulley station. The room felt a bit tight bc and the AC unit took up a lot of space on the floor. No closet space as the only closet was locked."

"We loved the parking garage, convenient and safe. With no housekeeping services all week, the floor seemed dirty after a few days. We didn't wear our hiking shoes in the unit and cleaned off other shoes. Our unit was warm and stuffy overnight, ceiling fan helped because the A/C unit was noisy. The kitchen is very nice, loved the full sized appliances. We enjoyed Canmore for its slower pace than Banff. "

"Nothing was unique it was too messy place with bugs and insects on the floor. My 3 year old daughter did not step on the floor and called it a scary place. The cabin number 41 which we stayed in did not match any Canadian hotel standards. All windows with different curtains, spider webs all around and dirty sofa with a big hole in it. Bathroom was a big mess no space and different hot and cold-water control that did not work well. Electric plugs in hazardous condition for kids. My 7 year...

"We stayed in a two bedroom condo which was clean with everything you needed for a family once we got in to the property. The check in process is to visit another holiday complex near the condo's. Unfortunately we booked with expedia and they did not make this clear so we had to call back to the UK to get details. They did supply a local number but there was just an answer service on this number. We even visited a local business who were very helpful and called the number but could never get an...
