Customer service was terrible. We were there before the check in started and they said they do not have room that I reserved and they can give two room with single bed instead of one room with two bed. After a lot of discussion, because I said that I will not accept the same price, they give us what we reserved but in 2nd floor. My mother could not take stair and she is scheduling for a knee surgery. They give us no choice and my mother had to take 21 stairs to get to the room and because of lots of pain, she fall sleep in less than half an hour and I was really scared. The room service was terrible. The water pipe has issue and there was drops of water to use for washing our hands or face. The towels has stain and was not clean.
