"Staff was great, restaurant was awesome. Parking was a little confusing but we figured it out. Our room got upgraded cause the one that was booked wasn't completed from construction. Booked the hotel for the pool for the kids and got there was told its closed, wish it was mentioned online or with the confirmation email. Price reduction would have been nice but the upgrade of the room was appreciated. "

"Simple enough but pretty clean. Much to my surprise my room had an additional kitchen, which was a very fat bonus. What I was truly happy with is the service. "Really enjoyed this hotel, but with it being a convention centre, the lobby was filled with incredibly loud people from the convention. The hotel would benefit from security staff to move convention people from blocking the entrance to the hotel and the elevator. "
