"The property is very nice. I loved the marina view. I booked my room through Expedia, I reserved the double bed queen with balcony and marina view. After checking in, I get to the room only to find out I was given a room with a pool view. I was not too happy about that. I called the front desk to ask to be moved to a room with the marina view, I was told that they didn’t have any more rooms with the marina view. I didn’t make a huge deal about it because the kids liked the room. The next morning...

"We loved the overall design of the hotel. It is unique in design in comparison to some of the other Hilton’s. Our room did have a damaged plug, other than that we loved it! The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, especially Beth ! Her energy was inviting and we enjoyed checking in with her! "
