"The property is very nice. I loved the marina view. I booked my room through Expedia, I reserved the double bed queen with balcony and marina view. After checking in, I get to the room only to find out I was given a room with a pool view. I was not too happy about that. I called the front desk to ask to be moved to a room with the marina view, I was told that they didn’t have any more rooms with the marina view. I didn’t make a huge deal about it because the kids liked the room. The next morning...

"We had booked and pre-paid for a king room, but when we arrived, no king rooms were available. The clerk was rather curt with us and just said that’s what happens sometimes. They offered us a room with two beds for an additional fee. It didn’t seem right to have to pay more for their not keeping our reservation, but we didn’t want to have to hassle with going somewhere else, so we paid the extra fee. One nice thing was that they had a very good laundry room which we needed. Would not stay here...
