“Great Hotel”

“paradise hotel”
our room was very nice, did not reserve a special room, but our room was like a suite. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. the complementary breakfast also very nice. we are weight watchers, and can not have a lot of things. they had plenty of food we could eat for a complementary breakfast. definately would stay at agin. would go out of my way to stay there again.

The location was a big plus for us as it was right off the interstate. This is probably not the ideal hotel for you if you want a lot of activities and dining within walking distance, but if you have a car it is great! The beach was just a short distance down the road and was a very clean, well maintained beach. There were several nice places to dine within a five minute drive and some shopping. It is a central location to both Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Everglades is only an hour away and it was just a couple hours away from the Keys, which makes this a great location for anyone wanting to take in several different aspects of Florida in a short amount of time. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone, whether they are staying for 1 night or 1 week.
“Exceeded expectations”
We received excellent service throughout our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and roomy all for a great price.
“Classy and Comfy”
This hotel was very classy and comfy. you don't have a restaurant or room service.. however you can order food and have it brought to your table. the surrounding area isn't much to look at,, but is close to the airport and the interstate. I was very pleased with the hotel, but i was alone for most of my trip, so i asked the hotel staff on suggestions to pass time and they were very helpful. I did notice most people who were staying there were heading off for cruises.

we wre traveling to take acrusie, and we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, it surpass in every way our expectations, very comfortable, great instalations, and service we will definetely go back next year
“Would stay here any time.”
This was my first time at a Hyatt "Place". I thought it was great - the decor was very contemporary, the room was large and very comfortable. We were able to check in at the automated kiosk, there were plenty of luggage carts available, everything was easy and went smoothly. Only negative was when a staff member rolled a huge bin of trash on the elevator with us. Aren't there service elevators for that? Or isn't the staff trained not to bring garbage in the elevator if there are already guests in the elevator? I will always chose Hyatt "Place" over all other hotels in this category.
