“Housekeeping”

A bit of a problem with housekeeping because of secondary language. Housekeeping had problems because their pass key would not open our door. Only a supervisor could open it. Cleaning was not done early and we needed to often give them a call.

“Felt Like I was at Home”

Wonderful location on the beach. Suites were as expected and better! A friend recommended this hotel and I will begin to suggest it to friends of mine because everything was great: room, managers reception, beachfront area, pool, valet, complimentary (FULL) breakfast! EXCELLENT stay!

“great view, great location”

love the oceanfront suite at this hotel! the spacious room and double bathrooms is amazing! I come from the west coast just to stay here for the weekend. It's got a great view, although parking leaves alot to be desired...you have to valet or spend the $20 to self-park, no street parking or you WILL get ticketed!

“"We had an excellent time...wonderful hotel with great amenities and terrific location!"”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites in Deerfield Beach, Florida! The service was great, all of the employees were helpful and friendly. Our hotel room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet each morning was delicious and included many hot and cold items. The manager's reception each evening was very nice too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

“Great stay”

(My apologies, the previous comments that I left were intended for another hotel, so please disregard that review) Overall we were very impressed with the hotel and had a great stay, we would definitely come again. The rooms are excellent, and staff is very helpful. The included continental breakfast rocks! A few things can be improved however: - the beach seems kind of dirty, with some garbage laying around, it can be maintained better - the price of parking was an surprise, it would be helpful if it were better advertized in advance so that people could plan for it - the business center is in rough shape, with some computers and cables not working very well - since in the rooms facing the street it's not allowed to dry your beach clothes and towels on the balcony, maybe some kind of drying rack could be installed? These were minor annoyances though, keep up the good work!

“Great Ft Lauderdale area hotel w/ lots of amenities”

Stayed here for a 3-day weekend while visiting family in Ft Lauderdale area. Chose Embassy Suites Deerfiled Beach for location on beach, pool amenity, breakfast, and rate. The hotel was a terrific value--a great family hotel that we'll stay at again. Very clean, great breakfast buffet, free afternoon cocktails from 5-7pm (how rare is that?), and steps from the beach. Also, our room had 2 full bathrooms--also rare--along with a sitting room with couch. Great setup, and lots of staff who are helpful. Would highly recommend this as a go to hotel.
