We love the Hyatt! Never had any problems with it being not clean except the toilet this time. It took them 4 hours to come clean what appeared to be blood off the sides of the toilet before we could even use it

The key kept having to be redone twice in 4 hrs cos it stopped working and that waa veey annoying. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast not very good at all.
