“Great place by the beach”

The hotel was renovated nicely. Everything was new. Close to beach, shopping and retaurants. Great place to relax, enjoy the beach and surroundings. We are already planning to go back before the end on the year.

“Simple & Cozy”

Hotel has a very minimalist approach, but is clean and comfortable. Located 100' from the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

“Updated Beachy”

This is a great hotel in a great location. This hotel is under renovation and the property manager is doing all he can to assure the comfort of the guests. Unlike some of the same types of hotels on this beach, the property manager was on site and available to fulfill our requests promptly. We stayed in the 1 BR suite, which is a great size!. The room was clean and fresh. The color choices were beachy but modern. There is a kitchen with a 2 burner stove and a full sized fridge. There is no oven. There are basic cooking utensils and cookware (new) provided. There is a double bed and a pull out couch. The manager told us he is working on a permit to get grills installed, which will be great! My critiques are strictly design issues. replace the pedestal sinks with traditional sinks for convenience and storage. Provide a coffee maker. There is only a TV in the living room and given the distance of the bedroom from the living room there should definately be a TV in the bedroom, especially considering that the space can accommodate up to four adults. A stand up closet needs to be provided in the bedroom because there is no hanging space and the furniture in the living room needs to be turned around. It is currently set up to accommodate the placement of the TV, but the cables for the TV can be run to alleviate this issue. We definately intend to stay again and I definately recommend this hotel to everyone, especially if you are going to stay awhile!!

“Exceeding all Expectations!”

It was my first time traveling to Hollywood, Florida. I had stayed in South Beach, Miami but it has become too expensive for what I was looking for. A friend recommended Hollywood, Florida. Looking online, I found the Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites and booked it. When I got there, I was blown away. The place exceeded my expectations. My suite was spacious, with a separate dressing room area, and really clean. It looked brand new to me. The kitchen had everything I needed for my short stay. I was on the second floor in the front of one of the buildings, and it had lots of window that left plenty of light in. And it was very quiet... The manager (sorry, I am not sure of her name) was extremely nice and helpful. I had a minor medical emergency and she helped me with everything from locating the nearest Urgent Care Center to providing transportation to and fro (I had not rented a car for my say). I had to change my flight and stayed another night in Hollywood. Unfortunately, the hotel was booked for the week-end so she helped me find another hotel room 2 blocks away. The place was not nearly as nice and costed almost twice as much. Overall, I am extremely happy with my stay and I will definitely stay there again. It was exactly what I was looking for...

“Perfection”

We stayed for a weekend getaway from the cold of Chicago. I couldn't have picked a better hotel! Less than a block away from the Hollywood boardwalk n beach, beautifully renovated room/ mini-condo, and parking! The room was perfect for my hubby and I. It had a nice flat screen, comfortable bed, a small kitchenette (in case we felt the urge to cook something), nice size restroom, and a closet. Wifi is complimentary( just be sure to get the password from the front desk). There are tons of great places to eat on the boardwalk, and great restaurants right across the street from the hotel. We'll definitely be coming to stay here again! Hope you get the same great experience!

“1st time and would go back”

Very clean and fresh....Remodling was key to this place. Everything is very close,walking is no problem.If I was to say one thing BAB about this place it would be to step it up on the toilet paper (no likes cling ons.) There are no problems w/this place at all but, dont take my word for it just go.Beds are great (and I have a bad back.)Any family on a budget could do the Hollywood Beachside and still go out to dinner.The beach is only a block away,the Boardwalk is right there w/plenty of things to do and see.

“Chill out in Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites”

Our suite was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The buildings look very clean, stylish and inviting. The suites are just a 2 minute walk to the beach on one side and waterside restaurants on the other where the sun sets. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. It's an ideal place to go to just chill out and is very good value for money.

“Would gladly go back.”

Extremely well-priced and located. We stayed for four day long weekend escape from the colder north. Short strolls to the beach and a variety of upper end restaurants (including those with stone crabs) as well as more casual (beer and fish sandwiches along the intercoastal). Hollywood reminds us what Miami used to be before it became high rised and populated with chain stores and restaurants..
