great customer service
“W Ft. Lauderdale”
VERY young clientel. My wife and I are in our early forties and we were the oldest guests on the property. Deffinately a YOUNG crowd. The 954 Steakhouse is absolutely one of the best steaks we have ever had. We had the Kobe Beef filet and it was melt in your mouth tender. Great location, excellent service, but be prepaired to hang out with the teeny bopers if you stay.

“Great new Hotel to spice up Ft Lauderdale”
Myself and 3 friends stayed at your hotel for a small bachelorette outing and it was wonderful. We got out of it exactly what we were looking for. A wonderfully relaxing yet fun environment with a great atmosphere. There was plenty to do and that was without even leaving the hotel. For visitng your location a week after it just opened everything seemed right on target, no gliches and the staff was very pleasant and more than helpful. I would stay here anytime!

I cant say enough good things about this hotel! i am still talking about it! it was such a gorgeous place - so clean and rooms were perfect. everything about this place is first class. the service you recieve is the best that i have seen in any hotel. every little detail is taken care of for customers. rooms were so clean bed was so comfee view was so great. staff went out of there way on every level to please us. lobby is stunning- even the food..the food was amazing! not like a typical hotel - even the highest end hotels miss the mark with the food - not at the W - great food you can tell it was prepared by a high end cook that propably could have a high end restrauant somewhere. i travel alot and i have to say this is the best expereince i have had in a hotel on all levels- trust me stay at the W -
“New, interesting hotel - customers still trying to figure out what W means.”
Very swanky, new hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and wanted to make sure your stay was exactly to your specifications. To that end, the W does whatever it takes to "add on" various items on top of what I thought was a reasonable hotel rate. For example, there is an awesome mini-bar and snack bar in the room, teasing you during your stay to indulge. But if you spoil yourself, be prepared to pay a hefty price (six clams for mini bag of popcorn, for example). The threat of not returning borrowed pool towels by 7PM is twenty-five bucks per towel. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent but outrageously priced. The valet, we heard, was expensive. Take a cab or park behind the hotel or a couple blocks north. I guess the prices are so high to keep out the teenage-type kids that cannot afford the hotel, but on the other hand it's too cool for people over AARP age. Really a nice get away for couples, and if you don't want to get ripped off, just walk to a restaurant or take a cab to one of the many places to eat or visit close to A1A or Las Olas. If you are looking for a more "traditional" hotel, go elsewhere - this place is very hip and chic, from the decor to the lighting (or lack thereof) to the elevator and pool music that is ultra-modern.

“Fantastic Experience!”
We had an incredible experience at the W. The room was gorgeous, the steak restaurant on the ground floor was superb, and the lobby bar was packed. Lots of fun. The staff was courteous and the room was very clean. Can't beat the Bliss products too.
