Very nice room and staff

We stayed for two weeks over the Spring Break. Despite being practically full, the resort never felt crowded; not in the restaurants, grounds or pools. This was the perfect getaway for us. Spent 2 weeks at the Mio. The rooms were clean and modern with decent house keeping. They have purified ice and water machines on every floor so you can keep your bottle topped up. Free secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Very traditional Mexican ambience, wooden furniture, art, dishes - loved it all. Beautiful garden with pools, plants and birds, fish. Breakfast was a bonus 👍 Staff really friendly and humble. Quiet place to relax and unwind.

5 star property, staff amazing and rooms very nice. Just keep in mind property is extremely large and have long distances between hotel and other amenities. The staff try to accommodate as best they can at all times with shuttles and there is the gondola too that is a necessity. If you can handle the size of the resort everything else is amazing.

We really enjoyed this resort! With the all inclusive plan, you get access to the restaurants and facilities of the neighbouring resort as well. So many options for food and with the time we visited (September) there was no waits at all. The pool and ocean area were so clean. Staff are always helpful. One thing you should know however for their free spa service (with all inclusive) it is only one service for one person per room. But really we would recommend this resort nonetheless.

Most of the staffs offered pleasant services and we were willing to leave tips as what we appreciated. The only unpleasant thing was “the membership presentation “morning.

Our family of 3 stayed at this resort for 5 nights and 6 days. It was our family's first time in Mexico. So we opt in to all inclusive. We had a lovely stay. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of options for food! For lunch and dinner there were plenty of options as well. For dinner, make sure to make a reservation for their restaurants. We did not encounter any aggressive time-share agent. I would recommend! Thanks for the great experience!

Property and staff were excellent and friendly Only down side was reservation for restaurants very hard to get.

Right on the beach, nice pool, lovely breakfast room and buffet. Not ideal for families as there are few activities for children. The hotel has fairly basic facilities so it isn't for party animals but very nice if you want quiet.

They were doing construction this year it was noisy

Overall great place to stay .The staff were very helpfull, professional. The resort is small enough to get to know your servers,cleaners and conciers.The beaches were great, the food was excellent..

Stayed at Miami inn hotel after our flight back to Canada got canceled. last minute booking, the hotel is near the airport, affordable price, very clean, the rooms are spacious, big bathroom, comfortable bed, the staffs are friendly, good service, Good breakfast. The room includes pass to a splash park. If you are stranded at the airport and needing a place to spend the night, i would recommend this place. Staff was excellent, poolside seating was comfortable, overall a great experience minus a leaking roof.
