I was on the 13th floor, the elevator was a bit slow. The bed was comfortable, clean didnt have any issues. The bathroom toilet did get clogged and when i told the staff on my last night, she was quick to help. I enjoyed the staff very much, they were helpful and understood english especially when i explained i had clogged the toilet. Shops near by, amazing. Walking distance towards everything. Great selection of food and restaurants around the area. On the first floor is a convenience store which was great. A back behind would.be yhe sea food market which was great but overwhelming, in front if the underground shopping and across the street is BIFF square. A lot of street food, bus stop was close by and the subway.

We had an A+ experience in Avani Hotel. Super clean. There was a small mall close by. We availed of the lunch & breakfast buffet, plentiful to choose from. We had a comfortable & restful stay.

This is the only place I would stay when I visit next time

The hotel is located near everything— steps away from train stations, steps away from BIFF street food and merchants, a block away from the fresh Fish Market, blocks away from Lotte. The check in process — passwords and room number — was all in Korean. We need to use Google Translate to know the specific room and password. And we almost missed it.

Amazing property, room was very spacious!

The staff were amazing. Attentive and helpful at all corners. The only reason why i had given 4 stars were because: lack of food choices within the complex. There are choices, but not an abundant amount. And the choices available - including the featured buffet at Da Moim, was… subpar. Given the prices demanded, I would have expected a higher standard. Alas, there were other choices within a short driving distance. One thing to note: everything practically closes by 8pm (last order).
