My wife and I spent 3 days in Venice with our small dog (a corgi). The hotel was beautiful and clean, our room was great. But I want to highlight the staff as the best part of our experience. When we arrived everyone was as so sweet to our dog, and they put food and water bowls as well as a dog bed with a treat in our room waiting for us upon check in. Every single staff member, which they have many was incredibly helpful and extremely welcoming especially to our dog. I originally chose this hotel because I was worried about grass areas in Venice for our dog to go to the bathroom and they have a small grass garden, it is not for dogs. BUT right across the canal a 2 minute walk from the hotel is one of the few small grassy areas in Venice. I cannot express how amazing that staff was in every aspect of our stay. If we come back to Venice dog or no dog we will be staying here.

This hotel was such an amazing find! We loved every second of our stay, so we decided to extend it by two more nights! Everyone we met on the staff at the front desk, restaurants/bars, and on the maid service were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt absolutely pampered! We had a rough travel journey and were immediately greeted with much needed ice cold lemon water and someone to carry our bags to our room. We got a tour of the property where the restaurants and amenities were explained, as well as details about our room and the complimentary drinks that are provided as each day. Not that this is a huge thing, but this is the first hotel I have stayed at where someone has been fully transparent about cost of mini bar/snack items in the room. So refreshing! The maid service is amazing. Every time we came back to our room our beds were made and we had fresh towels. This summer is SO hot, and our room (and the property overall) has the best air conditioning we’ve felt since being here! The pool is beautiful too! Very relaxing! We wish it was open a bit later in the evening because we enjoy it so much! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will most definitely be returning for further stays in the area! Thank you so much everyone for everything! You have truly made this an experience to remember :)

In my opinion, this place is hidden gem. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly and helpful. The room was always spotless and clean and when we had a missing piece of luggage, they kept us up-to-date and provided us some toiletries. They provide a speedboat cruise around Venice that picks you right up from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was really elegant and you got high-quality drinks. this hotel was close to everything the Mark Basilica, the Mark Square doge Palace shopping restaurants it’s really a terrific spot for a terrific price. Another great part was that the room was always cool and ready after a hot day.

The rooms were beautiful and all so different! The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and making reservations. The garden was a lovely surprise!

AC was weak. No fan in the bathroom so room was hot and humid after we showered.

This place was a great find! It is literally steps away from St. Marco Square and yet so calm and quiet once you are inside. You forget that Venice is swarming with loud trourists. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and the staff was so helpful. The only downside is that the daily cleaning service is not offered for the apartment suites. We had to figure out our own trash disposal and replacement of supplies. Other than that, it was an excellent experience that made our visit restful.
