Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great location.

Great location, close to a nice waterfront walk. Valet parking was very nice. Enjoyed our breakfast at the onsite restaurant.

Nice location and decent hotel overall. There were some issues but overall I would stay here again. I like the available amenities including the patio, restaurant/bar (though it closes super early), and the items available to borrow/rent. The staff were nice enough and helpful. I liked the location and found it to be pretty convenient. The bed and bedding were comfortable. However, there were some obvious signs of wear and tear in the room. One of our bathroom towels had a large hole in it and our rooms fire alarm malfunctioned our second night so they had to move us to another room. They gave us a $30 discount (waived one night of the amenity fee) but that did not feel like an appropriate adjustment for the annoyance and inconvenience of having the fire alarm go off when we were already in bed and then having to call the desk, wait on them to arrive, wait on them to find us a new room and get the keys, and then pack up and move all our stuff into a new room.

This hotel was recommended to us by a family member and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were cookies and coffee at check in. Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, firepits, game room and complimentary breakfast. The $15 smores kit available at reception was lovely and even included roasting sticks and a variety of chocolates (Andes mints, Reeses, and Hersheys). The kids found this very fun. Our suite was clean and spacious with a nice view of the river. The hotel is dog friendly and located a couple of blocks from the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.
