Great location, staff and amenities. Property was well maintained with beautiful grounds and there were so many resort activity options. Lots of restaurants and shopping options. Lots of nearby tour attractions. Loved the hop on hop off trolley. Especially love the Royal Hawaiian shopping center connection that provided so much in every direction. Beautiful beach area and scenic ocean views. Dreamy Vacation. Wonderful place to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons, etc.

Checked in after 1am and Sheldon was amazing! Very personable and great to deal with especially arriving so late at night. Received a handy beach bag to use during our trip. We got a great room, 4th floor, walk out right to the pool. Breakfast was busy but always found a table. Valet service was efficient. Great location. Would book this place again!

The property is beautiful and located right on the beach. We had a great stay. Great restaurants on property and all the shopping you could want. We will definitely come back the next time we come to Oahu.

Check in was fast and easy. They offer it on the app too. I didn't try it. I highly recommend using valet. It is the same cost as regular daily parking. You can just add tips for staff. We were there for 6 days and want to return for more! Plenty of fun crafts for everyone. Most are additional cost. The luau is a must! Food was ok, but entertainment was top notch as with everything Disney. Every single staff member we came across was super friendly, just like Disney standard has always been. They could use larger shopping area and not repeat the same items as they do in two of the stores. The food at all the restaurants was top notch. You also have to try the shaved ice with the works! I suggest renting a cabana when you go to the beach. Comfy and worth every penny! Buy the reusable cup right when you get there. It is free refills on coffee, tea, soft drinks, or water all throughout your stay. Pool wristbands are changed daily. I suggest heading down the night before to avoid the line. Rooms are full of bathroom amenities. No water bottles. Very pricey so get your money's worth!!

I loved my stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. It’s in a nice quiet location outside of Waikiki. Plenty of places still within walking distance. The on-site restaurant is also amazing!
