Hotel staff are awesome, facilities are excellent, but the location is not the best. The nearby Hoyohoy beach is dismal

The service was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. Beautiful view and the pool was perfect size to just get wet and cool off. The restaurant was excellent as was the food.. The property is quite far from most things but is very quiet and peaceful.. please be aware there is no beach front. The resort is on a cliff. You will need to take transport to the beaches near by at other resorts. Things I would take note of that would have made me give 5 stars. 1. Any needs you have using a driver there is a service fee. I did not mind paying for the service as it was excellent. However it was not made clear that there was a service fee for any transport needs you may have during your stay. It was offered at every turn that our driver can take you wherever you need to go. But no mention of a fee much less how much the fee would be. How is the fee calculated? 2. The sun is very strong in the first half of the day, making the restaurant not very comfortable to sit and eat in.. maybe some blinds or sheer curtains as you have in the room to cut down on the blinding light. 3. The private pool is not so private as you can see them from the restaurant with no problem. Extending the tarps that are currently hung above the patio/pool area would ensure that you are not swimming with anyone from above looking down on you.. as the vibe is a couples resort.. Thank you Ariel, Stanley, JR and the staff you are all wonderful at your jobs. It is all of you that made our stay wonderful.

Beautifu pools, fabulous beach (on high tide) excellent scube diving crew, food selection was the usual fare, atrium and pool areas well presented, great design, luxurious. Will stay again.

The villa offers exceptional privacy, even without being beachfront. I appreciated the tranquility of the place and the sense of seclusion it provides. The property is impeccably clean, and the staff is outstanding—highly efficient and respectful. The place is very close to the airport which was also a big plus

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Amenities were great. Wonderful memories made at sunset happy hour, with lovely music of Sir Migs.

I liked the property provided a rental to use around the island. They also have a shuttle that will transport you to the airport- very convenient on saving time not having to book a ride. A simple yet efficient place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. The room and bathroom are clean. The staff members, Madi and Vince, are very helpful, friendly and did a best to meet our needs. We will definitely refer your hotel to our friends and we will surely come back to your hotel.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! It's super convenient being within walking distance of Alona Beach, McDonald's, and Jollibee. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I need assistance, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious and beautifully decorated. I was delighted to find that they even provide hot water! It's definitely a great value for the money, and I'm already looking forward to returning to Bohol and staying here again.
