We had a wonderful family stay at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. The resort is fantastic for families, with a beautiful private beach, fun water park, and plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. A special thank you to Jolie at the Front Desk, who was warm, patient, and professional throughout our check-in. She immediately made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of local and international dishes. We also enjoyed the seafood BBQ, which was flavorful and well prepared, although the selection was not quite as extensive as breakfast. Our biggest highlight was the exceptional service from Rush, one of the poolside attendants. When my wife's hotel sandals were taken from her chair, Rush went above and beyond to help us. He took the initiative to find a replacement pair and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a wonderful example of genuine hospitality. Thank you to Rush, Jolie, and the entire Centara Grand Mirage team for making our stay so memorable. We had a fantastic family vacation and would happily return and recommend this resort to others.

My mom and sister in law stayed at this hotel And they absolutely loved it. It was in the middle of the everything. Walking distance to food places and shops. Staff were nice and accommodating however they are strict with check in times. They got there at 10am and were not able to check in until 3pm. The pool and other amenities were fine, breakfast was good, and over all stay is good.

The property is good at best. Every day we had to wait for space for the breakfast buffet, which was mediocre. Eggs and hashbrowns were gone as soon as they came out. You had to pay an additional fee for a "specialty coffee" which is just a cappuccino. We booked a family lagoon room. It was outdated. The beds were exceptionally squeaky, old sheets and dull. For the money you can find better.

Wow. What a great place to stay. A short tuk tuk from town but was always available. The hotel grounds are stunning, the staff were fantastic and very polite. Could not fault this place. Amazing breakfast, main pool is great but I did love the adult pool, very peaceful. I would definitely return
