Nice way to end off our Jeju trip. Nice staff. You have to pay for roof top pool. Water wasn't that warm unfortunately. You also have to pay for a compulsory swimming cap so if you have one, bring it. Breakfast was varied and nice. Nice room. Bus stops to the airport nearby.

Perfect clean room, staffs are so kind, delicious breakfast and wonderful outdoor pool.

The perfect place to stay on Jeju. Feels secluded, but is close to many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. The waveless bakery cafe attached to the hotel makes top level pastries and coffee. Too many good things to list, I liked this hotel far more than 5 star hotels I stayed in on Jeju.

We stayed 7 nights. The breakfast was good with some minor issues (coffee from automated espresso machine was not quite hot enough), but the servers were excellent! There was an ocean view from the top floor breakfast dining room. It would have been helpful if they had a washer & dryer on site but we knew they didn't when we make the reservation. One reception staff on the day of arrival was neither friendly nor helpful when asking for directions to a self-service laundromat outside of hotel. The hotel definitely needs some renovation. Towels had moldy smell probably due to the wash machine they or supplier used. Lobby furniture and rooms finishes looked a little shabby. We would probably stay again. Hopefully after some renovation though.

Beautiful grounds and simple but very clean, functional and spacious room. We lacked nothing. The views from our room, from the lobby and eating areas were all incredible. It is one of the more relaxing hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Buffet breakfast is a must for anyone going. The food was excellent and liked that the had both Korean food and western food. Parking was easy. I can’t wait to come back!

The property adheres to high standards—sadly becoming rarer in many five-star hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. We enjoyed the dinner buffet - large variety of food and all delicious. The live music/singer in the lounge was beautiful to listen to as you walk the halls or sit in the lounge to enjoy a meal or drinks. The outdoor area was gorgeous-nice pool and cabana surrounded by palm trees. It was convenient to have washer/dryers in the main area that all guests could use for free. This hotel was centrally located near many restaurants and local sites.
