South Florida Waterpark Vacations

It was another beautiful and relaxing stay at the pink shell resort. We are grateful to their team that went above and beyond!

The resort was beautiful. We stayed there twice in 1 week. Once before we left for a cruise and one night after we got off the boat. When we returned, it was an absolute monsoon out. We were given our luggage and instead of using the covered doors 3 ft in front of us, we were told by staff that due to the private event (with booths set up in the hallways), we needed to go to the main entrance. We (and many others) lugged all of our bags down the road and into the covered valet parking. When we turned the corner and up the hill, we found 4 workers standing there, not offering to help with bags but with hands out for gratuity. I understand that it’s only an inconvenience for us, but still very frustrating to be expected a tip from after doing all the work ourselves.
