My wife and I enjoyed everything. The hideaway garden villa was unbelievable beautiful. The Villa really exceeded our expectations!!!

The room with the private pool was awesome. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant is great, the menu amazing and the service is word class. We can only recommend all activities they offer. The guides are very knowledgeable and make you feel safe and taken care of.

If you want to be right in the middle of nature and wildlife this is the place to go. Most of the resort is raised up into the treetops so you can be eye level with creatures you'd usually only see way above you from the ground. The included hikes and birdwatching were wonderful with very knowledgeable and passionate guides. We also arranged a day trip to Corcovado by boat through the lodge in advance, seems pricey at first but was well worth it. Over the course of a week we saw sloths (lodge & Corcovado), monkeys (everywhere), tapirs (Corcovado), ant eaters (lodge and Corcovado), coatis (lodge), frogs and lizards (lodge) and so many different birds (everywhere). We chose a forest bungalow room which is just screened in from the outside. I was a bit worried the lack of AC might make it too hot to sleep, but at the end of April the fans in the room were enough to keep us comfortable over night. No need for alarm clocks, the howler monkeys will get you up every day. Overall a fantastic nature focused lodge that combines the ability to relax with adventure.

Spectacular hotel and staff. Five stars across the board. Beautiful rooms, great view, staff immediately available, good food, animals everywhere…. One of our best trips we have ever gone on due to the hotel and service.

Both restaurants had great food, bar selection and excellent service. The staff goes all out to make sure you haveeverything you need for an enjoyable meal.

We had a wonderful time! Our room was lovely and the staff very friendly. We loved the property and our kids had a great time!

The room was very clean but the bed was hard..did not have great sleep. And the reception staff seemed resistant speaking English

We had a fantastic stay loved the boat ride to the lodge, rooms were spacious, lovely big bathroom Balcony had a lovely swinging seat overlooking the river Breakfasts were fruit plus fish of your choice and was excellent Trails around the hotel were great to see frogs and birds We did a fantastic magical kayaking trip which is a must We visited national park to see turtles laying eggs, unfortunately she Borykng the hole before laying eggs but we did see the turtle going back to the sea and the hole shed dug, still a memorable experience A highlight were the iguanas lounging around the pool with us and the macaws hanging out in the trees

This property was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The property was stunning. The room was fantastic. This place is paradise.

Everything is great ... hot pools are abundant and lovely. I have not stayed at other resorts in the area, so cant compare.
