The resort was nice. Workers, pretty nice but the food options were limited and entertainment was boring. The workers gave amazing effort and truly were the bright spot.

It started rough with an old room with horrible view. They moved us to another but refused to upgrade without paying more. Other guests shared they also moved rooms, some four times. Staff were mostly helpful, language was biggest barrier. Entertainment was ok depending on what night you attended. May sound strange but a few English language songs thrown in would be nice. Beach was nice but the vendors are relentless, if you want to relax at beach you must stay up towards the resort because once you cross the pathway it never stops. Waterpark was nice change of pace. If you want a quiet place this place has options but overall it can be a bit rowdy but again it depends on the day. Would I come back here? Probably not but it’s a value place. The buffet was excellent and restaurants were too.

"Todo estuvo excelente pero queda muy lejos el bufete para ir a comer. Deberían orientar al huésped donde será cada día porque lo cambian y cuando uno va no es el lugar para comer."
