Got there late on Monday night, check-in process was so quick and easy. Staff are super efficient and super friendly. Room was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend for families, couples or anyone wanting a more quiet place to stay. That's also very convenient for trains and transport in general.

The room is spacious and spotless. All the amenities are more than we needed. Each person at the front desk was incredibly helpful.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was located in a great area! If you like staying close to train stations but also out of super busy areas I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent property with great comms before and during stay. They are strict with check out times being 10am, paid extra to stay until 12 & absolutely worth it! The room had everything we needed and free iced coffee in the morning during the summer months! Easy cardless access via codes for elevator and room keypad. Close to two markets (RICO and Aeon) along with 24hr noodle shop and almost 24 hr Beef bowl shop (Yoshinoya). 7-eleven is about 1.5 blocks, Lawson and familymart about 3-blocks away. Close to two train lines: Shintomicho station and Tsukiji station. About 8-10 minute walk to Tsukiji market and also 10-15 min walk to Ginza proper!

Spacious room for 3. Location was easy to find and everything went well from check-in to check-out. Would stay here again.

No proper introduction to property and amenities Staff not too friendly

This hotel was absolutely dreamy! From the premises to the staff, everything was amazing. The hotel's garden is one of the most prettiest we've ever seen. We went during firefly season and that was such an unreal scene. The room was gorgeous and they serviced our room twice a day which made it so nice to arrive to after a busy long day of walking. We definitely look forward to staying here again. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. If you are looking to stay in an upscale hotel with all the amenities and away from all the busy touristy spots, this is the place to stay in!

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

Love this location for proximity to the jr line and monorail for easy transfer to the airports. Also not in a busy touristy part of the city, so perfect for people who get overwhelmed with the Tokyo congestion. A great bakery and 7-Eleven around the corner kept us fed for easy breakfasts before full days of sightseeing. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of four, including two college-aged kids.

Good size room and good location but amenities were minimal. Didn’t offer water and cleaning except for towels and trash except on 3rd day. However washer and dryer were in the room.

This is a really nice room. I only stayed for a couple days but I would have been very comfortable here for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped - you get a fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, induction hob, pots, pans, rice cooker, cups (hot and cold), plates, bowls, utensils, even paper towels, and plastic wrap. The room also has an in-unit washer/dryer, and even a little vacuum. There's also a large table which was nice (many hotels, even aparthotels have tiny tables). The room I had included a bunk and a couch, and a "king" sized bed (which is two twin mattresses stuck together, but that wasn't a problem). The bed was firm but comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in between Akihabara station and Asakusabashi station, so you'll be walking for a few minutes to get on the train. It's convenient to Senso-ji, Skytree, and Akihabara. There are also konbini's, a little grocery store, and plenty of restaurants nearby.
