José, Damián, no los mencionó a todos porque no recuerdo sus nombres, pero todos fueron fantásticos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Great stay at Casona del Colegio. The hotel is beautiful and room was spacious and comfortable. But our room faced the street and despite being soundproof it was quite loud at night with party goers, shouting and music blaring (it’s not the quietest street in town). Even in the morning the city’s cleaning crew made lots of noise. We also had sporadic issues with no hot water and low water pressure. The staff were always incredibly kind and helpful though. Offered solutions like earplugs (which helped), changing rooms to a courtyard facing one and fixed the water immediately when we called

We stayed at Getsemaní Hotel in March and had a wonderful overall experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to so many incredible restaurants, attractions, and neighborhoods, making it easy to explore Cartagena on foot. One thing that really stood out was the front door staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and eager to help with recommendations, transportation, or anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The only downsides were that there was construction taking place right on the corner during our stay, which created some noise, although that's obviously outside of the hotel's control. My biggest suggestion for improvement would be the pool and bar experience. There didn't seem to be enough staff available, so service was slower than expected. It would also be nice if music started earlier by the pool. Guests relaxing poolside at 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. should be able to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with music rather than waiting until later in the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Getsemaní Hotel. The beautiful property, outstanding location, and exceptional hospitality from the staff made it a memorable stay. With a few improvements to the pool experience, it would easily be a five-star hotel.

My stay at Delirio Hotel in Cartagena Colombia was a wonderful experience. It was my first visit to Colombia and the location exceeded my expectations. It was in the heart of the "Old City" in easy walking distance of the sights, restaurants, shopping and even the cambio. The room was cosy ,comfortable and clean and quiet for the most part. The staff was friendly accommodating offering a welcoming and embracing experience. Breakfast was included and was a great plus. All in all my stay at Delirio Hotel was pleasant and easy and I look forward to staying there again -next time I visit Cartagena
