Encantada con todo el servicio y empleados del Hotel, excelente todo.

We had a great time. We stayed for a week and got to experience most of what the resort has to offer. We came with two little kids under two and glad we were put on the first floor and had a big family room. Moving around was hard work with a stroller because there’s lot of stairs and not enough ramps. The buffet food had lot of options to choose from. Some are hits and some misses. The restaurants had good food. My main issue was with communication. This was my birthday trip and I let the staff know during check in and asked what they offered for birthdays; I was told it was handled and during my dinner, no one was aware and I had to tell them it was my birthday. We weren’t told about the schedules or how anything worked, maybe it’s the language barrier. We had to figure things out and makeout what the pamphlet said. However we loved the overall staff from the restaurants to the lobby and overall services. Everyone is very patient and friendly. By the time we had to go the staff honestly felt like family. They knew our names and kids names. Really a great crew.

Deberían tener la máquina de capuchino desde la 7 am disponible. Muy difícil hacer la reservación en el restaurante Don Pedro. Personal amigable en el área de restaurante y comida (bebidas) piscina relativamente pequeña y siempre llena. Siento que las reservaciones para la cena no es fácil ya que debes estar a la 7 am y se llena muy rápido deberían tener ambos restaurantes abiertos a la misma hora y mejorar las reservas Internet se cae mucho

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location within the Walled City! The greenery around the courtyard and pool area was gorgeous. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also loved Época restaurant attached. Highly recommend!

Our air conditioning did not perform as we expected and we resorted to using a fan for night time. Other than that the location and the staff were worth all the negatives.
