Nicely renovated room

Very pleasant - gorgeous staff.

Staff was courteous, room was clean. Paying the $40 amenity fee per room upon arrival was unexpected. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle, barely any water pressure at all (hard to get shampoo out). Toilet ran all night long. The hotel ran out of self parking spots so we had to park across the street in a dirt lot which wasn’t ideal. The restaurant was great!

Room very nice but not very well designed. Bed and couch on a riser- not the floor- requiring a step up to get to each. Everytime you got up at night- a light would come on and stay on for 10 minutes. Safety so you don’t fall- but should we really have a bed on a riser? Found the light on disruptive to getting back to sleep. Very dark room- not well lit at all. No makeup mirror Slippery marble floor shower- ask for a rubber mat- which we finally got the day before our stay ended Great access to pool and beach Great service in hotel and beach Great service from the house car Very pleasant staff Mini bar beverages not cold- required ice to chill No ice machine- but they brought the ice to you if you called and requested Nice roof top pool but music was too loud to enjoy. Could not eat at Watr restaurant - roof top-due to the loud music Reserved a shower room to freshen up after check out our last day- but did not get one- had to use the gym for getting cleaned up for our flight- lot of disorganization around this entire situation. No one ever offered and explanation on what happened- did not have time to investigate- trying ti get to airport. Great location and vibe- we enjoyed our stay but would not stay here again.

Close to major shopping and multiple dining options

it was random how some things were so great and other things were not. the room was large and the bathroom was excellent. furniture and decor were weirdly placed. housekeeping was also great. the $30 breakfast was interesting. what was the resort fee for? casino was good. the drinks were ok. elevators were consistently dirty. the casino floor had strange perfume scent. far from most things.

Just ok. Location is a good spot on the strip but is tricky to get to by car as you have to go behind it and through the garage. Rooms were small and had almost no clothing storage space (small closet and two small drawers). Terrible lighting in the rooms, very dark. Our family had 5 rooms booked all same booking/ price.. 3 had fridges , 2 didn’t so I don’t know if it was supposed to be per request. We asked that our rooms be near each other and they weren’t. We went to celebrate my daughter’s 21 st birthday and I asked if they had any packages I could purchase to have the room decorated and make it a little more special for her but they didn’t have any to offer and this is defiantly not an MGM resort who at least acknowledged our special occasion when we stayed with them. To top it off the maids were loud and woke us every morning while talking in the hall.

Room was spotless. Staff were incredibly friendly. The location was central to everything we wanted to see and do. Will definitely stay here again!
