Caribbean Waterpark Vacations

The resort was wonderful. The rooms were kept clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Did not have a bad experience and will def do again. There were also little concierge stands by the villas downstairs for anyone who wanted restaurant reservations. Many restaurants to choose from, our fav was the Jamaican restaurant. Jordain the waiter, was so kind and helpful to us. I highly recommend The Grand Palladium. We stayed on the Lady Hamilton Side.

As a first time traveler out of the country this stay definitely has a special place in the heart. The crew members were the most sweets people I’ve ever meet. Down to the driver who take around the property. It was never I moment where staff isn’t interact with you. They are very helpful and the food at the plenty of restaurants was absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend anyone who love to have fun and enjoy their vacation to come visit my new friends here because I definitely will be back! They are very attentive to yours needs and really makes sure you get a lasting experience!

Was very kid friendly and the staff was amazing a lot of things to do. All of the pools close at 6 PM and the buffet lines are long be patient with the staff. They are amazing and they try their best overall great experience for the price.

It was amazing the place...Great staff, great entertainment group and overall a great place.....the place is not to big, not to small..Just right...the vibes were good for all.parties.. The Buffet was good One thing possible to fix, were the la carte restaurants..Although the cuts of meats were ok, I feel they can do better. But the Italian restaurant was great.

Great family friendly resort with wonderful amenities for the kids. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and entertainment was good. Rooms can use some updating. But overall an excellent resort for families.
