Good offer for stay and vacation. Staff is very amicable, hotel food is great, room is spacious.

I truly enjoyed this resort. The staff was soooo incredibly kind and helpful. The food was great- especially the Jerk Hut and the country themed dinner (the ribs were amazing!). There was so much to do from the beautiful pools, petting zoo, live music and entertainment. The gym is great; I used it everyday and I enjoyed it. It was easy to get to the resort with the included airport shuttle . Booking excursions was a breeze too. I have no complaints! I traveled with family, including kids and teens and this resort was a fit for everyone- all ages!

Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused us a refund

The resort was nice family friendly the food was really good! Two things though the rooms need serious updating and the staff service was inconsistent some were nice some really didn’t want to be there. Overall we enjoyed it we went with our two kids a 4 year old and 8 month old and they had a great time my 4 year old really loved it they had an adorable water park and kiddie pool right next to the adult pool so it made it very easy for everyone to have a good time the beach was wonderful as well!!! And again the food was overall really good especially the restaurants. I would say the rules were a bit annoying for the buffet it was hard to get used to the scheduling. They had a snack bar for in between and I would say that was the knot downer. So make sure to eat at the buffet in the time allotted for each meal 👍 and try to book restaurants as soon as you arrive they are incredible

Food needs improvement. House keeping needs to change bed sheets more often. They never changed our sheets in the 6 nights we were there
