The staff were vary courteous.

Clean room well equipped, clean pools, food not replaced fast enough when empty so not a lot of choice if u weren't first in the resturant which was very busy. We went valentines day which was decorated excellently, lots of teddy bears and plenty to see, show finished 11pm, also the vino. Have stayed before and would again, as the price is reasonable.

Loved the view from balcony and hot tub. A lovely hotel with very friendly people. Really enjoyed my stay

Very efficient staff, always ready to help. The hotel is good too as well as the food. The place with the installations is fine, close to the sea. Nice place to stay, the food could be improved though

I would say that the stand out of our stay was the staff. The service was always excellent in all bars and restaurants within the Pure complex and everyone was very friendly.

The resort is good, but the water activities not inside the resort, and not convenient.

Good options for dining and great pool. The downside is that the elevators are located in the center of the building, so if you are staying a bit far from them, you have a long walk to your room.

The staff were very kind. The property was very clean. Food needs to be upgraded. Location is perfect to all amenities. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality.
