We got there at 130 and the overly polite girl told us it was too early to check in but if we paid an extra 1000 we could check in early. I figure the room is either ready or not. Felt like I was getting hustled for 1k. Then at check out I went to use the self checkout kiosk but an overly polite girl insisted on doubting it for me, almost insisted I sit down and wait. I didn’t want to sit down and wait, I wanted to go. Like I was being deliberately detained. I have stayed at quest more than 30! Times over the past 10 years, the overall experience is declining. So sad because I use to like staying here. Now it’s not as nice.
