From the moment we booked then arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Cathy made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Scotty brought the history of the B&B to life with fascinating stories behind each artifact, adding so much character and charm to our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and Cathy even remembered exactly what each of us had ordered the day before, with everything prepared and waiting for us the next morning. It’s the thoughtful personal touches and warm hospitality that make this place truly unforgettable.

Any issues that I have with the hotel were easily attributed to the construction being done. Overall, it's nice and the staff is wonderful, everyone from the morning front desk staff to the overnight, and even the valet gentlemen(they were all polite and sweet).

Great location, clean, spacious room. Not very much water pressure in the tub/shower. Wish towels were delivered.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at with the most wonderful amenities and friendly atmosphere. Clean, comfortable, friendly and welcoming staff, convenient location in Tallahassee. Such a great place to stay.

I was so excited to stay at a nice hotel. I even paid extra for a "corner" room. What a disappointment! To start, everything was kind of dirty. The roof top restaurant had bits of trash everywhere and lots of smokers on the terrace. The one bartender was friendly but had too many customers to keep up with. The bedroom was fine, what I would expect from a days inn. The mirrors were all cracked and chipped. The corner room has windows I feel would fit more in a prison than a nice hotel. The shower floor was covered in soap scum or something so I put the bathmat over it to take a shower. The bathroom door also didn't quite fit and left a gap. All of the furnishings were scratched up. Worst of all, the bed was terrible, it had a deep divet in the center which made it incredibly uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping sideways because it was a little more comfortable that way even with my feet hanging over the edge. Oh and it's also like $20 to park.

They do a fantastic job taking an old hotel and making it the best it can be. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The decor is fun! They are also well staffed, so rooms get cleaned fast. This was a quick stay to send off our son to FSU and the hotel did the trick.
