- The hot tub was not working properly both nights of our stay. Front desk was notified on first night, but still not working on second night. - The desk chair in the room would not roll without significant effort, wheels just would not roll. front desk was undermanned, - Had to wait for several minutes to get checked in while staff was engrossed in their computer. Had to wait to check out as well. Need to put more staff in place during peak hours (i.e. check in; check out) to ensure guests are being swiftly taken care of. - A couple suggestions as to the restaurant on property; provide hotel guests with a discount coupon to be used during their stay, another suggestion would be to look into room service from the restaurant during hours of operation.
